We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the operational delivery of projects at our clients prefabrication facility in Launceston. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, estimation, scheduling, production, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project delivery, ensuring all departments are aligned to meet timelines, budgets, and quality expectations
- Oversee handover processes, identify and mitigate bottlenecks, and ensure smooth communication and alignment of priorities
- Collaborate with sales, estimation, scheduling, and production teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Address RFIs (Requests for Information) from both internal teams and external clients
- Lead problem-solving efforts, particularly for technical and logistical challenges within the project cycle
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management within construction, steel, or manufacturing industries
- Strong understanding of estimation, scheduling, and production processes in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical plans and drawings (essential)
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
Qualifications:
- A degree, diploma, or trade qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
