What You’ll Be Doing:

Review live briefs and collaborate with others to deliver top candidates

Upload roles or candidates from your network to find matches via smart AI

Share in success — fees are transparently split between contributors

Requirements:

Proven recruitment experience (agency, freelance, or in-house)

Strong understanding of candidate sourcing

A desire to work collaboratively — not competitively

Fluent in English (other languages a bonus)
