About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Manager Enterprise Data and Analytics for ensuring data integrity in AEG data systems, data processes and flows and business intelligence visualisations in support of a high performance, data driven culture.
Key Responsibilities:
As our Group Manager Enterprise Data and Analytics, you will be responsible assisting with the financial management of the business including:
Data
- Ensure data integrity from source systems to the data warehouse, maintaining timeliness and accuracy
- Manage relationships with third-party data solution providers
- Act as the data Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the AEG data warehouse and system integrations
- Maintain and enhance data sources to ensure they are fit for purpose and efficient
- Collaborate with AEG teams to improve data collection, storage, and reporting
- Understand system dependencies and implement redundancies to prevent outages
Development and Improvement
- Manage, develop, and maintain Tableau reporting and dashboards in line with AEG guidelines and standards
- Identify development opportunities and work with AEG teams to prioritise and implement them
- Expand system integrations into the data warehouse to increase business intelligence capabilities
- Support efficiency improvements in AEG report preparation
- Identify and resolve data issues by partnering with business system owners
- Contribute to projects related to data and system integrations
- Provide training and support as a Tableau expert to the business
Analysis and Insights
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities, and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to scope and develop new Tableau performance reports that enable user self-service
- Analyse Tableau usage and engagement to inform development priorities and maintain an up-to-date dashboard library
- Develop advanced Tableau features to enhance business intelligence and deliver high-quality insights
