Affinity Education Group (AEG) is seeking a Learning Resource and Delivery Advisor to design, develop, and deliver dynamic learning resources that support our teams across all centres and the Centre Support Office.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing, curating, and developing learning materials, including guides, videos, and e-learning courses.
  • Creating engaging content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Camtasia.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure learning materials are relevant and accurate.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Keeping learning resources up to date with system, policy, and process changes.
  • Delivering live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
  • Supporting employees with one-on-one coaching and guidance on training content.
  • Managing and optimising the SuccessFactors learning hub to enhance its functionality.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience in instructional design, content development, and training delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proficiency in e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline and Camtasia.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • A passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with training best practices.
