As Vending Hub Supervisor, you will work as part of the Vending division within Liquidline working alongside other Hub Supervisors to support the Vending Operations Manager in the smooth, efficient running of Vending Operations in the Midlands. You will be highly organised and be able to oversee and support the daily operations, maintenance and inventory management of our vending machines and be a point of contact for the local Vending Operatives who are out in the field.

The Role - Vending Hub Supervisor

  • To be responsible for the management of your personal email inbox, answering all queries relating to Vending in the Midlands.
  • To lead on monthly invoicing and reconciling meters (training will be provided).
  • To ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for vending products and machine maintenance and to ensure there are accurate records of inspections on the internal system.
  • To be a point of contact internally within the business for vending related queries for the region.
  • To take responsibility for running vending related reports as and when required. This will include running profitability reports on a quarterly basis to feed into vending management for decision making on business retention.
  • To manage data from the bespoke vending software, Vend Manager such as information on pricing and templates.
  • To support vending project work where required, which may include data key and nayax.
  • To set clear performance and behavioural expectations and deliver feedback to the regional vending operatives.
  • Occasional on the road work for site visits and covering sickness.

What You Will Need In The Role Of Vending Hub Supervisor

  • Prior experience in vending, retail, logistics or a supervisory position is desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise a heavy workload.
  • IT proficient, with a good understanding of MS Office Applications.
  • Positive, 'can do' attitude
  • Reliable and committed to delivering right first time service.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Full UK Driving license
