Your Role
Sitting within Capgemini's Procurement function, the External Resources Business Partner is responsible for the end to end strategic and operational execution of our subcontractor staffing. Working closely with our external vendors and internal hiring managers, your role will ensure that subcontractor staffing demands are delivered on time and with a strong focus on experience, compliance and efficiency. Responsibilities include:
- Subcontractor Sourcing
Collaborate with Hiring Managers and approved Vendors to source qualified subcontractors through effective and competitive processes. - Candidate Screening & Selection
Partner with Procurement team members to ensure candidates are properly screened, presented to Hiring Managers, interviews are coordinated, and onboarding is completed efficiently. - Contract Negotiation
Lead negotiations with Vendors on terms, payment rates, and scope of work to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. - Vendor Performance Monitoring
Evaluate Vendor performance to ensure quality delivery and adherence to agreed processes and standards. - Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all Vendors and subcontractors meet legal and compliance requirements, with accurate documentation maintained in Capgemini systems.
Your Profile
- Experience in Subcontractor Engagement
Demonstrated success in an MSP or in-house contingent labour environment, with a focus on temporary or contract professional services staff. - Strong Negotiation Skills
Proven ability to negotiate contract terms, rates, and scopes with Vendors effectively. - Project Management Expertise
Experience managing process improvement initiatives while maintaining business-as-usual service levels. - Compliance Knowledge
Solid understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks for contingent labour in Australia and New Zealand, including Award interpretation. - Excellent Communication
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both Vendors and internal stakeholders.
