We’re seeking a high-performing HME Mobile Planner to join one of WA’s leading iron ore operations. This is a FIFO role on an 8/6 roster from Perth, focused on short-term and shutdown planning for a large mobile fleet.
The site requires someone who can hit the ground running — confident with SAP and experienced in surface mining environments. You'll be planning maintenance for diggers, trucks, graders and support equipment, working alongside skilled supervisors and trades.

- Plan and schedule maintenance for a large fleet of HME assets
- Manage work orders, notifications and task lists in SAP
- Liaise with maintenance supervisors and trades for daily execution
- Coordinate labour and materials to meet plan requirements
- Monitor progress and update schedules in real time
- Contribute to backlog reduction and shutdown planning
- Support continuous improvement in mobile maintenance planning systems
- Proven experience planning HME/mobile maintenance in mining
- Strong SAP PM skills – work order management and scheduling
- Comfortable in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Must have the right to work in Australia
