The Opportunity
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join us in Melbourne. This is a new role responsible for leading and overseeing the health and safety function focussing on the APAC region. It is a hands on role and will include providing expert direction, advice and support on all health and safety matters including risk assessment, incident management, training, policy development and performance review as well as understanding emerging people risks with a focus on Respect at Work and Wellbeing.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:
- Extensive experience developing and managing health and safety in a professional services or legal environment
- In depth knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practice in Asia Pacific & Australia
- Excellent leadership, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in health and safety or a related field such as WHS Diploma
- Chartered membership of IOSH or equivalent professional body
