Downer's Spray Seal team is growing, and we're looking for skilled and safety-focused individuals to join us in Maddington, WA. Whether you're an experienced Spray Seal Operator or a Truck Driver with a minimum HR licence, this is your opportunity to be part of a supportive team delivering high-quality road surfacing projects across the region.

We are currently hiring for:

• Spray Seal Operators
• Truck Drivers (HR licence minimum)

What You'll Need:

• HR, HC or MC Licence (essential depending on role)
• White Card (General Construction Induction)
• Experience operating spray seal machinery (loader, pre-coater, broom) - for operator roles
• A strong team mindset and commitment to safety
• Willingness to travel regionally and interstate as required

Desirable Qualifications:

• Dangerous Goods Licence
• Experience with bitumen sprayers or haulage
• Knowledge of bituminous surfacing or civil construction
