We’re currently expanding our team and looking for Technical Services & Fleet Compliance Manager to join us in delivering quality service to our customers.

Position Available: Technical Services & Fleet Compliance Manager

Location: Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne or Adelaide

About the Role:

We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to lead Centurion’s National Compliance efforts. In this role, you'll manage relationships with regulatory bodies and provide expert advice across internal divisions. You'll oversee PBS approvals and support new business initiatives to drive growth and innovation, helping Centurion maintain its leadership in the transport sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with the NHVR and state regulators, lead internal reviews and external audits, and ensure timely, accurate reporting and compliance across all accreditations.
  • Oversee PBS vehicle approvals, modifications, and compliance, including coordination with external engineers and OEMs.
  • Represent Centurion at industry associations and build strong working relationships with internal divisions and key stakeholders.
  • Educate staff and contractors on Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and PBS requirements, promoting a culture of compliance and accountability.
  • Collaborate with equipment teams and manufacturers on vehicle innovation, support incident investigations, and mentor and develop direct reports.

Skills and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, logistics, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven leadership experience within the transport or logistics sector, with a strong understanding of national compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Background in working with large logistics or transport operations, with exposure to complex fleet and compliance environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, engineering firms, and OEMs.
  • Strong capability in mentoring teams, driving continuous improvement, and leading compliance-focused initiatives across multiple business units.
