About the Role
The Accounts & Dispatch Administrator is responsible for all accounts receivable and payable, and order dispatch processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Sorting and distributing emails and invoices from online supplier accounts
- Checking and processing approved AP invoices and reimbursement claims
- Processing credits to customer accounts and onboarding new suppliers and subcontractors
- Coordinating with staff and customers to process dispatch and deliver of completed orders
- Preparing reports and collating accounts documents for ad-hoc requests Liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate must have proven experience in a similar role, particularly with AP/AR. Safety Steel is seeking a self motivated team player who has excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills, as well as high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and multitask. Candidates with previous experience in Pronto are highly desirable for this role, however not essential.
