Overview of the Role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a junior parts interpreter to join the parts department at City Motors Group located in North Wollongong. The successful applicant must be well presented, self motivated and must possess a moderate level of computer literacy. This role would be ideal for someone who is passionate about everything automotive and eager to learn.

Reporting to the parts manager your day to day duties include:

Greeting and serving customers

Writing and Invoicing customer paperwork

Unpacking deliveries

Packing orders

Delivering parts to internal & external customers

Face to Face and phone enquiries.

Supply general advice/quotations – parts interpreting

Following up customer requirements

Ensuring parts ordered and delivered are accurate

Utilising our internal computer system

Follow all internal processes and procedures

The Successful Applicant Must have:
Customer Service experience - preferred

Moderate level of computer skills

The ability to multi-task

Work together as a team

The ability to think on your feet

Strong organisational skills
