Crew Casual AV

We are the world’s leading event production company, and we are looking for experienced audio visual technicians to join our dedicated team working with premium venue partners.

In this role you will provide leadership, coordination and hands on delivery in the installation, operation and removal of AV equipment. You will be required to run shows of any size and complexity.

The successful applicant will be capable of liaising with clients, crew, freelancers and venue staff to ensure the smooth operation of all aspects of the event.

What we're looking for

• Experience setting up audio, lighting, and video equipment
• Demonstrated competency in operating audio visual equipment;
• Strong lighting abilities and knowledge of GrandMA (preferred)
• Experience with Hybrid and Virtual events
• Camera Operator skills (advantageous)
• Experience setting up stages with styling element; draping, stage skirts and truss borders
• Leadership capabilities
• Customer centric and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High standard of personal presentation
• Riggers Ticket (highly regarded)
• Flexible to work after hours and on weekends and to travel
