About the role

The Office/Mail Services Clerk is ideally suited for a school leaver and offers the opportunity to take the first step into your career. By joining the Better Big Bank, we offer career development, structured training and staff benefits.

The role is responsible for processing of all incoming, outgoing mail and courier items; delivery of all inward mail and courier items to relevant departments; distribution of stationery, printing and other items to departments, branches and agencies; collating all mail, courier and associated costs for department reporting; entering all information on relevant computer spreadsheets.

  • Based in Bendigo, close to transport
  • Full time hours 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday
  • Salary - entry level role +super + staff benefits

To be successful you will be:

  • Have a good understanding and application of manual handling skills and practices
  • Posses basic computer/keyboard skills
