About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiotherapy
• AHPRA or ESSA registration
• At least 2 year's experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
• Experience mentoring junior consultants
• Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
• Pride yourself on stakeholder management and communication skills

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of OT's, Physio's & EP's providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
• Provide your expert guidance and support through structured quality assurance and strategic review.
• Supporting the Area Manager with setting team growth goals and creating annual business plans and strategic goals.
• Managing performance and ensuring financial, customer and quality KPI’s are met across the team.
• Balance clinical and technical knowledge to deliver a high service standard to our clients and customers.
• Building and nurture relationships – spanning from individual bonds with your team to professional dynamics with our key clients
