- Assist driving & mentoring a team of Allied Health professionals
- Tertiary qualifications - Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physio
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiotherapy
- AHPRA or ESSA registration
- At least 2 year's experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
- Experience mentoring junior consultants
- Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans

- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of OT's, Physio's & EP's providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
- Provide your expert guidance and support through structured quality assurance and strategic review.
- Supporting the Area Manager with setting team growth goals and creating annual business plans and strategic goals.
- Managing performance and ensuring financial, customer and quality KPI’s are met across the team.
- Balance clinical and technical knowledge to deliver a high service standard to our clients and customers.
- Building and nurture relationships – spanning from individual bonds with your team to professional dynamics with our key clients
