The Solutions Support Lead is the critical interface between Powerhouse's digital experiences and enterprise applications, ensuring seamless integration of visitor-facing digital products with core business systems. This role drives service excellence through effective relationship management with business application owners, translating their needs into digital solutions while establishing governance frameworks that maintain system integrity across the technology ecosystem.
The Solutions Support Lead champions user-centric design principles in business systems, implements service management frameworks, and facilitates the flow of data and functionality between visitor experiences and backend platforms. The role establishes standards and processes that enable innovation in digital products while ensuring business applications deliver reliable services to support Powerhouse's 24/7 museum operations across multiple sites.

It is the custodian of more than half a million objects of national and international significance and is considered one of Australia's finest and most diverse collections.
