Key Responsibilities
- Manage the successful delivery of the Supervision System stream, overseeing the transition from on-premises Dynamics to a modern cloud-based platform.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal staff and third-party vendors, to ensure alignment across project milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
- Lead project planning, status tracking, risk mitigation, and issue resolution in a complex, multi-stream data transformation environment.
- Support data migration, governance, and security integration activities in alignment with broader program goals.
- Collaborate closely with program leads and technical SMEs to ensure dependencies across data platform development, cyber security, and governance are managed effectively.
- Maintain project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications to ensure transparency and accountability across the program.
- Ensure compliance with federal data handling standards and organisational policies, particularly within the superannuation regulatory context.
- Engage in program-wide coordination to support capability uplift across legacy and modern systems (Databricks, cloud platforms, supervision tools).
- Proven experience delivering IT or infrastructure projects in the superannuation domain.
- Prior involvement in regulatory or federal government projects.
- Engineering or technical background highly regarded.
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
- Baseline Security Clearance required.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders in dynamic environments.
