The Role

As an Investment Operations Administrator, you will support the Insignia Investment and Product areas in the day-to-day management of liquidity/cash-flow management, unit trust trading and settlement activity and investment and ASX regulatory reporting of Insignia investment funds and

schemes. You will also be responsible for ensuring funds are allocated and invested accurately and in a timely manner for the benefit of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key outsourced/third party providers and internal stakeholders
  • Reconciliation, asset allocation and management of fund cash flows and interfund investing
  • Trade support and settlement functions
  • Monitor custody cash movements
  • Assisting with transition and project work
  • Periodically process and check custody fees, management fees and capital draw down requests
  • Compile investment and ASX regulatory reporting
  • Manage Investment Operations requirements as they arise

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Possess

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Accounting or Computing
  • Demonstrated experience in Superannuation and Funds management
  • Experience with pControl or HiPort investment systems advantageous
  • Effective communication skills (including written and verbal)
  • Strong excel capability, able to work to tight deadline
  • A keen eye for detail combined with a willingness to learn
