About Our People

We have keen cyclists and motorbike riders, runners and car enthusiasts (of course). But did you know we also have movie buffs, musicians and entrepreneurs, but most importantly we’re all super proud to be part of the Quad Lock team.

About The Role

We're on the lookout for a Planning Manager who will be responsible for owning and evolving our end-to-end S&OP and inventory planning processes. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain and leading a team of Senior Demand Planners, Planners, and KASC, this role plays a critical part in consolidating regional demand and supply plans across multiple channels into one cohesive, accurate global plan - ensuring optimal in-stock availability and working capital performance.

You’ll drive the monthly S&OP cycle, bringing together key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Finance, and Logistics to align on a single set of numbers. A strong focus on team leadership and development is key, as is the ability to leverage our planning system, Logility, to deliver forecast accuracy and in-stock performance by country/channel, and customer group.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the monthly S&OP meetings, ensuring data is accurate, risks/opportunities are highlighted, and executive decisions are documented and actioned
  • Set KPIs (forecast accuracy, bias, service level, airfreight spend) for each Planner; monitor performance and lead corrective actions
  • Standardise planning policies, calendars and templates across all regions; embed best-practice processes in Logility and NetSuite
  • Own the demand–supply reconciliation and executive S&OP step, presenting scenarios, capacity constraints and financial implications
  • Oversee the preparation of short, medium and long-range demand forecasts (12–24 months) at SKU/channel/country level, incorporating statistical forecasts, promotional uplifts and customer intelligence
  • Maintain global inventory health - right stock, right location, right time, while minimising excess and obsolescence
  • Drive initiatives to reduce tactical airfreight through earlier visibility of demand changes and scenario planning
  • Lead root-cause analysis on stock-outs or over-stocks and implement preventive actions
  • Conduct regular 1-on-1s, performance reviews and development plans for Planners
  • Foster a high-performance culture built on data-driven decision making, continuous improvement and Quad Lock values
  • Identify resource or capability gaps and build business cases for additional headcount or training
  • Act as Product Owner for Logility, ensuring master-data integrity and championing new feature adoption
  • Deliver monthly executive dashboards covering demand, supply, inventory, service level
  • Provide scenario analyses and recommendations during NPD launches, channel expansions and Black Friday event
  • Oversee the KASC to develop, review and improve demand forecasts for each customer within the B2B channel in their regions

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end supply chain planning in a multi-region, omni-channel retail or wholesale environment, with proven experience leading a planning team - ideally within a global context
  • Experience with driving a S&OP/IBP, demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimisation and commercial trade-offs
  • Proven track record in driving forecast-accuracy improvements and inventory-turn gains
  • Advanced Excel/Google-Sheet skills plus hands-on expertise with an ERP/Planning system (Logility & NetSuite are a bonus)
  • Influential communicator who can align diverse stakeholders around a common plan
  • Natural people person who motivates, leads and teaches teams - building engagement, accountability and continuous learning
  • Experience leading change and embedding best-practice processes and systems
  • Tertiary qualifications within business management, logistics, or a related field (preferred)
