We work with architects, contractors, building owners and developers to provide innovative engineering solutions that respond to the performance needs of today’s buildings.

In Australia, we are growing!! We are now on track to further grow and strengthen our Buildings Team, as we accelerate our push into the Australian Buildings market.



The Opportunity


To help facilitate this growth, we are looking to hire a Project Deliver Coordinator to be based in or Melbourne office. Aspects of this role will include: -

  • Responsible for the management and delivery coordination of a variety of projects
  • Manage the delivery of successful delivery outcomes that meet or exceed both the Client and Beca’s expectations
  • Provide guidance and support to drive improved project delivery performance and client service through consistent
  • Super-user/champion of all project delivery systems necessary for the successful management and delivery coordination of projects
  • Coordinate the delivery of Beca’s commission/scope of works to time, budget and quality expectations using Beca systems and procedures

Salary package for this position will be in the range of $83,000 and $88,000.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have a relevant tertiary qualification, preferably with a grounding in finance. You will also have suitable project management and coordination experience within a consulting environment.

The opportunity is also about relationships and not only will you be able to build strong internal and external relationships but you will communicate positively and effectively to ensure that team members, Managers and clients are consistently well informed about progress and timelines.
