In the role of Consultant, Acquisition Strategy, you will join the Partner Acquisition Strategy Team and that’s doubling down making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Work in a fast paced, agile environment and be responsible for the acquisition strategy, campaign execution and partner relationship to help achieve our yearly targets
- Achieve new to bank account targets utilising all Marketing channels.
- End-to-end management of the marketing and marketing related operational activity, to support and build our cards acquisition marketing strategies, including offer development and marketing campaigns.
- Work with White Label Partners as the key contact point for Partnership Acquisition Marketing – lead the day-to-day management of the marketing strategy and implementation.
- Develop yearly marketing plans and ongoing campaign strategies in conjunction with the Partner. Monitor results, seek continuous CPA improvement and channel optimisation.
- Manage the annual budget and monthly accrual process for all acquisition campaigns, meeting all reporting deadlines including accruals, campaign calendars and marketing metrics and ensuring ongoing optimisation of budget allocations.
- Minimum 5-8 years in Marketing. Experience in credit cards preferred
- Experience in partner management would be highly regarded
- Experience in Partner Management- develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of business goals
- Ability to monitor key acquisition metrics (approval rates, daily volumes, cancellation rates by channel) and influences improvements as required.
- Exceptional stakeholder management including negotiation, conflict resolution and relationship building, to ensure collaboration and positive engagement.
- Effective analysis and decision making - identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities and develop appropriate solutions.
