About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Test Analyst to join a high-performing Trideca delivery squad dedicated to uplifting and enhancing mobile customer experience. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality product delivery across both front-end mobile applications and back-end service integrations, working in close collaboration with developers, designers, and product owners.

About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Test Analyst to join a high-performing Trideca delivery squad dedicated to uplifting and enhancing mobile customer experience. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality product delivery across both front-end mobile applications and back-end service integrations, working in close collaboration with developers, designers, and product owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of manual and automated test cases for both mobile and backend systems.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other testers in an agile team setup.
- Design and maintain test strategies that cover functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end scenarios.
- Ensure that mobile apps deliver a seamless and bug-free experience across platforms (iOS and Android).
- Validate backend APIs and microservices integrations, including response data, performance, and edge cases.
- Log detailed defects, track issues to resolution, and maintain high testing standards throughout the delivery cycle.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in testing practices, tools, and frameworks used by the squad.
- Mobile App Testing: Strong hands-on experience in testing mobile applications (manual and/or automated)
- Backend/API Testing: Demonstrated experience testing backend systems and APIs (e.g., using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools)
- Agile Methodologies: Previous experience working in agile delivery teams using Scrum or SAFe frameworks
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills
- A proactive, quality-driven mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Exposure to tools like XCTest, Appium, Postman, Charles Proxy, or BrowserStack
- Familiarity with CI/CD environments and JIRA/Confluence
- Experience working with financial services or consumer credit platforms
