Here's what you'll need

- Manage Transmission Line design, including route selection and line spotting, design criteria and loading development, conductor creep and sag/tension and clearance requirements
- Undertake technical reviews of project deliverables and participate in project and client meetings.
- Support the achievement of growth targets in sales and revenue through client interaction, development of clients, achieve strategy and proposal development, interviews, and presentations.
- Conduct site visits and support projects through the delivery and construction phase.
- Mentor and develop team members to expand our Overhead Transmission Line Engineering capabilities.
- Oversee local and regional technical delivery of designated projects in Overhead Transmission Line design packages.
- Utilise PLS CADD, TOWER and POLE to perform design and review work.
- Work towards AS/NZS, client SDMs, ASCEM IEEE and IEC codes and guidelines.
