We're looking for n ERP Solution Platform Lead to drive the evolution of our enterprise systems internally, specifically TechnologyOne products that are used by our Employees every day, that help us simplify, streamline, and supercharge how our own business operates.
As an Platform Lead, you'll drive the effective support and maintenance of our enterprise systems - owning the platform end-to-end to ensure they are robust, efficient, and continuously improving. Your work will empower teams across the business to operate at their best and unlock maximum value from our technology.
What you'll be doing…
- Own and manage key enterprise systems end-to-end, ensuring stability, performance, and ongoing enhancement aligned to business needs.
- Drive robust operational support processes, including incident management, user support, system reviews, and continuous improvement activities.
- Build deep technical knowledge of the platform to provide expert guidance on current solutions, risks, and future opportunities.
- Lead and prioritise platform upgrades and improvement initiatives, including Group 0 projects and release cycles.
- Promote self-service and devolved ERP management, enabling key users through design reviews, technical oversight, and knowledge transfer.
- Enhance and manage the support model, ensuring SLAs, triage processes, and team KPIs are embedded and consistently met.
- Collaborate with solution delivery teams, establishing smooth handovers, training for key users, and effective escalation pathways.
- Lead and coach a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative, values-driven culture with a strong focus on quality service delivery.
- Develop team capabilities across technical troubleshooting, system processes, business knowledge, security, and stakeholder communication.
- Champion continuous improvement, identifying cost efficiencies and process optimisations while ensuring compliance with internal policies and safety standards.
- Inspire a 'Can Do' culture, encouraging innovative problem solving and empowering team members to take ownership of their development and career progression.
- Support global operations, providing guidance, training, and mentorship across regions, including occasional out-of-hours support where required.
Your Talents…
- Degree-qualified in Information Systems or a related field, with bonus points for Finance, Commerce.
- Proven experience configuring, troubleshooting and supporting ERP systems and custom solutions, ideally with TechnologyOne.
- Strong technical skills in SQL, ETL, BI tools, and advanced Excel.
- Solid understanding of key business functions across HR, Finance, IT, Sales, and Professional Services.
- Skilled in communication and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Desirable: experience with XLOne, Crystal Reports, Web Services, ITIL, data privacy, Agile delivery, and tools like Jira or Smartsheet.
