About the opportunity
There is currently one (1) permanent position available for immediate filling.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to help lead the delivery of a high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused ministerial service within the department. This is a key role that ensures the timely and accurate coordination of all formal ministerial, parliamentary, and government business correspondence.
Working collaboratively with another Ministerial Services Coordinator the role will provide leadership to a team of Ministerial Services Officers to coordinate the day-to-day operations of the department’s formal incoming and outgoing ministerial, parliamentary and government business services.
We are looking for individuals with:
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage the flow of ministerial and parliamentary requests in a complex multi-disciplinary organisation.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise and maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders.
- A collaborative leadership style, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and supporting a team to deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure.
- Strong research, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop practical and innovative solutions to complex problems .
