Purpose: The Senior Product Manager for Business Credit Cards is an experienced, customer and results focussed leader who will support the Service Owner to drive commercial/performance goals, strategic agenda, product governance and improvement to banker and customer outcomes for Westpac Brand Business Credit Cards.

Role Summary:
Support Service Owner for end-to-end ownership of Westpac Brand Business Credit Cards, including:
- Deliver process and optimisation initiatives to drive growth, lead stakeholder working groups to drive outcomes;
- Product accountability for portfolio commercial outcomes;
- Overall product lead for transformation initiatives, including benefit sizing, strategic direction;
- Support product CVP and strategy including owning and supporting Service Owner to develop horizon roadmap and delivery pathway;
- Shared support for product operational items and risk governance, including leading relevant teams to proactively uplift business processes to drive growth.
- Ability to break down complex problems, distil to a clear action plan and drive to an outcome;
- Ability to think strategically with a balanced approach to tactical execution to optimise commercial value for the portfolio across strategic horizons
- Strong CVP and proposition development mindset to steer programme teams have the ability to pivot proposition design in order to work within environment constraints to still deliver outcomes
- Commercial, adaptable and flexible to changes in priorities and demands
- Ensure simple and effective customer propositions, working with key stakeholders, internal and external strategic partners to optimise activities
- Ownership of product management including commercials, operational commitments and any other business development
- Drive portfolio, performance and commercial outcomes
- Delivery excellence of portfolio initiatives
- Proposition & strategy development to drive growth
- A natural leader who can think strategically, optimise execution and influence cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes
- Passionate about the success and experience of our customers with a can do approach to problem solving and commercial approach to partnership management
- A commercial and entrepreneurial individual, thrives in solving complex problems and navigating a matrix organisation, managing risk, with strong negotiation skills
- An experienced Portfolio Manager with a mini CEO mindset
- Nimble and agile with the ability to juggle conflicting priorities, tasks and stakeholders
