About The Role
We're on the lookout for our next Demand Planner who will play a critical role in ensuring in-stock availability across DTC, Retail, and Wholesale channels within their assigned region - while operating within agreed working capital parameters.
Using the Logility Platform, the Demand Planner will lead the demand planning process by collaborating with B2B Key Account Managers, Marketing teams, and directly with B2B customers to build a robust monthly forecast by country, channel, and customer. This forecast will underpin the achievement of key regional targets, including stock turns, working capital efficiency, and product availability.
Reporting to the Planning Manager, this role is a key contributor to Quad Lock’s S&OP process, helping align cross-functional teams - Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Finance, and Logistics around a unified forecast and supply plan that drives commercial and operational success.

About The Role

Using the Logility Platform, the Demand Planner will lead the demand planning process by collaborating with B2B Key Account Managers, Marketing teams, and directly with B2B customers to build a robust monthly forecast by country, channel, and customer. Reporting to the Planning Manager, this role is a key contributor to Quad Lock’s S&OP process, helping align cross-functional teams - Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Finance, and Logistics around a unified forecast and supply plan that drives commercial and operational success.
What You'll Do
- Ensure ongoing compliance with OHS policies and procedures
- Using the Logility platform, review, revise and present short, medium and long-term demand forecasts to the S&OP forum for approval.
- Develop demand plans at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons across all customer demand/distribution channels
- Partner with the KAM for their region to develop, review and improve demand forecasts for each customer within the B2B channel in their region
- Maintain always master data fields in Logility to enable the platform to provide accurate system forecasts
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data and evaluate forecast results based on sales, inventory, and other data
- Maintain forecast accuracy by collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather updated sales and marketing information, especially for events that significantly affect demand, such as BFCM, onboarding of Key Accounts and supplier stock issues
- Provide short & long-term forecasts to factories in order to secure production capacity, assist with raw material planning, and tooling utilisation
- Provide short and medium-term volume forecasts to the logistics team and 3PL warehouses to enable labour and capacity planning so that Quad Lock’s service levels are achieved
- Ensure optimal inventory coverage within the local DC/DC’s within their region
- Optimise the monthly supply plan, working within the Supply Chain team to ensure monthly supply plan considers total global inventory cover and optimal use of working capital
- Minimise use of airfreight, using Logility alerts and analytics to ensure proactive decisions are taken in the medium term to reduce short-term tactical airfreight requirements
- Provide insights and analysis to the planning manager and the broader business as required
- Ongoing optimisation and development of the Logility platform to ensure we're maximising the capability of the platform
- Demonstrated experience working as a Demand & Supply Planner within a retail/wholesale environment, preferably with a global footprint
- Analytically minded with good root cause analysis and decision-making skills
- Detailed knowledge of supply chain planning, demand forecasting, supply planning and the flow on impact to stock availability and working capital
- Mutli-region, multiple channel (e-commerce & wholesale) experience in supply chain
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/G-Suite and experience using a Supply Chain Planning System (Logility) and an Enterprise Resourcing Planning system (NetSuite is advantageous)
- Ability to write and analyse forecast analysis and inventory planning reports, providing recommendations/opportunities for improvement to key stakeholders
- Authentic team player and able to easily collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
- Tertiary qualifications within business management, logistics, or a related field (preferred)
