We have an exciting opportunity for a customer service focused gem to join our team in Goldmark Toowoomba Central.

You will have:

Strong ability to create an exceptional customer service experience
Ability to work effectively, individually and in a team
Strong communication skills and personable approach to help create special moments in our customers' lives
Flexible availability to meet our seven days roster requirements

You will be responsible for:

Connecting with our customers to help them find their unique piece of jewellery
Generating sales to meet sales targets and KPIs
Working alongside other Team Members to maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising standards
Keeping updated with product knowledge and policies and procedures
