Role Overview
The Risk Business Partner works with the business to promote the delivery of risk practices in line with the Risk Management Framework and supporting processes.
In this role you will support risk-based decisions and enhance the organisation's risk culture and risk management maturity to support achievement of the organisations vision and strategy.

Role Overview
The Risk Business Partner works with the business to promote the delivery of risk practices in line with the Risk Management Framework and supporting processes.
In this role you will support risk-based decisions and enhance the organisation's risk culture and risk management maturity to support achievement of the organisations vision and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead risk management activities, offering stakeholders practical advice, technical support, and system assistance, to integrate the Risk Management Framework (RMF) into the business;
- Engage systematically with risk and control owners to identify, analyse, evaluate, and document both operational and strategic risks, while promoting a culture of proactive risk identification;
- Enhance risk acumen and capability across the business through targeted coaching and training, fostering a risk-aware culture;
- Implement line 2 risk assurance measures, aligned with the RMF, and conduct environmental scanning to anticipate emerging risks, providing data and insights for effective decision-making; and
- Support the Group Risk and Assurance Manager in the progression of key initiatives related to the Assurance, Resilience, Compliance and Insurance functions.
Your skills and experience will include;
- Tertiary qualification in risk management, accounting, business management or related discipline or relevant level of skill and knowledge gained through experience;
- Intermediate to advanced capabilities in using and maintaining a risk management system (CAMMS experience preferred but not essential);
- Experience in leading risk workshops in alignment with risk management risk management policies, procedures and standards;
- Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills coupled with effective communication skills; and
- Collaborative, enthusiastic and innovative with an achievement oriented mindset and best for business approach.
