We are currently seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologists and Social Workers to join our dynamic team as a consultant.

About The Role

• Provide high-quality EAP one-on-one counselling in our Rockdale & Sydney offices
• Assess work stressors and risk factors in diverse workplaces
• Offer shot-term solution-focused interventions and support
• Be self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  
  

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in allied health
• Experience in short-term, solutions-oriented interventions
• Excellent time management, report writing, and negotiation skills
• Current driver’s license and own vehicle
