We are currently seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologists and Social Workers to join our dynamic team as a consultant.
About The Role
- Provide high-quality EAP one-on-one counselling in our Rockdale & Sydney offices
- Assess work stressors and risk factors in diverse workplaces
- Offer shot-term solution-focused interventions and support
- Be self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in allied health
- Experience in short-term, solutions-oriented interventions
- Excellent time management, report writing, and negotiation skills
- Current driver’s license and own vehicle
