The Role

Reporting to the Director of Rooms, the Full-Time Duty Manager will be responsible for:

• Oversee Front Office and Duty Manager responsibilities, including managing staff, coordinating operations, and ensuring adherence to brand standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by inspecting VIP rooms, walking through hotel outlets, assisting operations, and promoting hotel facilities and loyalty programs.
• Manage inventory availability, room allocation, and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
• Assist with staff management, including appraisals, disciplinary matters, shift rostering, and ensuring seamless operation in our Pacific Club Lounge.

About You

• Proven experience in a similar role, with strong problem-solving abilities and solution-focused approach.
• Demonstrates leadership by example, constantly seeking ways to improve processes and team performance.
• Exceptional interpersonal, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and public holidays; knowledge of Opera PMS is highly desirable.
