- Outcome: Provide the client with a substantiated recommendation to retain, replace, or upgrade their current system.
- Identify and document pros and cons of each solution option.
- Current state system analysis to understand the use cases the system is used for and their limitations.
- Taking ownership of the high-level design, while adhering to architectural principles and industry best practices.
- Work with architects and business stakeholders to translate business and architecture requirements into solution design.
- Create clear and concise documentation, including design documents, sequence diagrams, and technical specifications, which are easily understandable by applications designers and developers.
- Support business in coming up with high level estimates for feature delivery.
