Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Implementation: Lead the design and delivery of cloud-based infrastructure solutions aligned with business and IT strategies. Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and support to project teams, championing best practices and innovative technologies.
- Communication: Effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.
Key Duties:
- Design and implement modern ICT infrastructure aligned with strategic roadmaps.
- Maintain IT operations roadmaps and ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Influence solution design, oversee implementation, and lead engineering efforts.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches.
- Deliver cost-effective solutions with awareness of total cost of ownership, including cloud and licensing expenses.
Experience needed:
- Hands-on expertise in technical design, operations, and infrastructure delivery across diverse platforms.
- Proficient in AWS, Azure, IaC tools, automation technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent, plus relevant certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure Architect).
- Experience in Federal Government environments, especially aligning with Cyber Security frameworks like the ISM and PSPF.
