How You Will Spend Your Time
- User and Access Management – Managing systems and applications like Office365, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and JAMF to ensure secure and efficient access control.
- Ensuring Availability & Reliability of Digital Services – Administering and configuring all digital services within Ubank to maintain seamless operations.
- Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis – Investigating, responding to, reporting on, and resolving incidents, including impact analysis and root cause analysis.
- Patch Management & Automation – Deploying software updates and patches across end-user devices while optimizing automation for compliance tracking.
- Compliance & Risk Management – Maintaining SOE, ensuring compliance with security policies and industry regulations, and supporting the secure operation of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
- Collaboration with IT Security & Compliance Teams – Aligning workplace technology with security frameworks, managing asset records, and ensuring CMDB remains up to date.
- Strong Understanding of End User Computing Devices
- Strong Knowledge in Cyber Security
- Experience in IT Service Desk Operations & Workplace Technology Support
- Industry Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Services, ITIL (desirable, not strictly required)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
