What we need from you
- NV1 Clearance required
- Intermediate Microsoft Windows troubleshooting and basic Active Directory skills
- Knowledge of ITIL Incident and Problem Management practices
- Certificate IV in IT Service Desk or ITIL Certification

The Role
Due to internal expansion and increased demand on support systems, this department now has an exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk/Support Officer to deliver first and second-level support. This role supports internal staff across domestic and overseas posts, delivering high-quality, prompt ICT assistance and incident resolution. You'll work with a team of dedicated support professionals and technical specialists to ensure seamless service and system stability.
Responsibilities
- Respond to ICT-based incidents and requests with a focus on first-contact resolution
- Research and analyse issues to support and improve passport system performance
- Provide excellent customer service to internal/external clients
- Maintain incident records, follow up on escalations, and ensure resolution in line with SLAs
- Communicate clearly and tactfully, adapting your approach based on your audience
