- Assisting in the assessment and management of project and network risks and opportunities, with a focus on constructability, operability, and maintainability to enhance safety and productivity.
- Ensuring technical deliverables meet design compliance and quality assurance standards, and that safe work practices are embedded throughout project execution.
- Providing input into value engineering initiatives and lessons learned workshops to support continuous improvement in project management and engineering delivery.

- Commercially astute with sound decision making ability, problem solving and trouble shooting.
- Considerable successful project management experience in the delivery of multi-disciplinary, complex power infrastructure projects
- Experience coordinating with external authorities (e.g. local councils, Department of Transport, utility asset owners) to obtain permits, manage approvals, and navigate regulatory requirements
- Strong knowledge of high voltage power transmission and experience in construction management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, advanced Excel, and MS Project is required. Experience with CAD, SAP, and Primavera P6 is highly desirable.
