Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to
- Verify files and ensure they have all require key customer and credit related documents and confirm all compliance, policy and statutory requirements are met to minimise lending risk.
- Positively contribute to optimising NAB processes to increase speed to market and our deliverables
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), and Team Operating Rhythm to consistently meet customer experience expectations and outcomes
- Proactively manage risk, adhering to process and procedures, escalating events, issues or breaches as they are identified.
- Complete any other administrative duties as requires ensuring effective operation of the team function and take ownership of enquiries from colleagues
- Strong understanding of the lending process and credit policy, procedures and statutory requirements
- High attention to detail
- Resilience and adaptability to an ever-evolving industry standards
- NAB Systems knowledge included but not limited to LOIS, AOM, eBL/eCL, EF Matrix, Siebel, NUW/DDT, ControlIQ
- Willingness to learn and develop to cater for a wide array of market segments
