What You'll Be Doing

  • Grow & Manage Key Accounts – Retain and expand relationships with major clients, ensuring exceptional service and tailored solutions.
  • Drive Sales & Revenue Growth – Identify and secure new business opportunities across our hire and sales product range.
  • Strategic Planning & Negotiation – Develop and execute business growth strategies, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver commercial success.
  • Project & Tender Management – Support the National Tender and Submissions Coordinator in preparing compelling business proposals.
  • Data-Driven Approach – Leverage analytics and market insights to inform decision-making and meet growth targets.

What You Bring To The Table

  • 5+ years in sales and business development – with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional communication & negotiation skills – confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong commercial acumen – ability to assess and deliver profitable business opportunities.
  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management – build lasting partnerships with major clients.
  • Experience in tenders, contracts & key account planning – highly regarded.
  • Tech-savvy – proficient in Microsoft Office & CRM systems (Zoho experience a bonus).
  • Tertiary qualification in business administration or related field – preferred.
