Responsibilities

• Effective overall execution of R&D processes
• Maintain a working knowledge of current food legislation and other applicable regulations
• Implement improvements in product design and processes to design in quality and maintain product consistency
• Demonstrate sensory and consumer science understanding to ensure product key quality attributes are met
• Support sites manufacturing sites with trials and process development

About you

• Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or similar ideal
• Sound knowledge of diary or food processing advantageous
• Great communicator, ability to work cross functional and good level of business acumen
• A problem solver with the ability to identify potential issues
• Proven time management and organisational skills
