We’re Especially Interested If You’ve
- Grown and led tech recruitment teams (ideally contract-heavy or dual desk models)
- Built out contracting verticals, and know the levers to scale them
- Developed key enterprise accounts (bonus points for Salesforce or Architecture expertise)
- An established brand in market with deep client partnerships
- A mature, values-led culture - high-performance, low-ego
- Market-leading tools, AI systems, and a delivery, marketing and research team so you can spend more time where it counts
- Uncapped commission and high earning potential (top end of the market)
- Ongoing leadership development, and influence on how the business evolves
