- Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service/contact centre environment with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven team leadership and coaching abilities
- Excellence in written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce and SAP
