The Role
You’ll take the lead in preparing and interpreting financial management reports, offer valuable support to the Executive team, and help safeguard the financial stability of our organisation. Your insights will be essential in shaping strategic decisions and improving efficiency across our business operations.

The Role
You’ll take the lead in preparing and interpreting financial management reports, offer valuable support to the Executive team, and help safeguard the financial stability of our organisation. Your insights will be essential in shaping strategic decisions and improving efficiency across our business operations.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Assist in the delivery of timely and accurate monthly Management Accounts
- Assist in annual financial audit
- Support branch operations with financial queries
- Assist in the preparation of required tax lodgements, including BAS, FBT and Income tax
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
- Month End Journal Processing
- Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Inventory Reporting
- Gross Profit analysis and validation
- Exceptional interpersonal and team building skills
- Customer service orientated and delivery focused
- Highly motivated with strong initiative
- Open and strong communicator who can deliver messages in a clear & concise manner, particularly when presenting the results of analysis to management
- Excellent time management skills
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fortnightly pay cycle
- Located in South East Melbourne
