About The Role
- Take ownership of day-to-day bar and gaming operations with a hands-on approach.
- Train and develop your team. Ensuring all staff are briefed on bar and gaming activities.
- Ensure accurate processing of dockets, including cashiering duties.
- Setup and reset the bar and bistro, including function activities as required.
- Support the management of our accommodation facilities, ensuring guests have a comfortable and memorable stay.
- Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of gaming, functions, dining, and bar operations.
- Experience in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Have a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), and Responsible Conduct of Gambling(RCG) certification.
- Be a team player, bringing energy and enthusiasm to every shift.

- Be available on weekends and evenings, to work over a 7 day roster.
