What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for customer and client enquiries (phone, email, in person)
• Provide helpful, accurate information and support
• Process transactions, update records, and complete general admin tasks
• Jump in to assist teams across different departments as needed
• Deliver friendly, professional service at every touchpoint
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer service and administration role
• Confident communicator with a positive, helpful attitude
• Able to adapt quickly to new systems and software packages
• Reliable and available on short notice for casual shifts (2–4 days/week as required)
