What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the development and execution of workforce plans aligned to demand, service delivery, and operational goals
  • Oversee end-to-end forecasting, scheduling, and rostering across a complex 24/7 national environment
  • Deliver data-driven insights into workforce utilisation, turnover, and productivity
  • Optimise workforce management systems for greater accuracy, visibility, and efficiency
  • Lead and coach a high-performing team of WFM professionals, fostering growth and capability
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational and compliance requirements

Location

  • Newcastle, Sydney, Melbourne.

What you’ll Bring:

  • 5–7 years of experience leading workforce planning teams in a complex, regulated, or high-volume setting
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop specialist teams
  • Strong skills in workforce analytics and reporting
  • Proficiency with tools such as Emplive, Kronos, UKG, SAP, Quinyx, or similar
  • Solid understanding of relevant awards, compliance obligations, and rostering legislation
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Highly Desirable:

  • Experience working in a 24/7 service model within the NFP or broader health/community sector
  • Confidence interpreting multiple Awards or EBA’s
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
