You will collaborate closely with departments including IT, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Compliance, contributing to operational efficiency and system integrity

The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Officer to join our Product team.
As the Product Officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of both deposit and credit product portfolios. This vital role ensures that Queensland Country Bank’s products are accurately maintained, compliant, competitive, and aligned with our Member-focused strategy. You will collaborate closely with departments including IT, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Compliance, contributing to operational efficiency and system integrity
This salaried position is full-time based on a 38-hour week and can be based in either our Townsville Head Office or Brisbane Administration Office.
About you:
- Excellent oral and written communicator, including listening and negotiation skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to self-manage and work as part of a wider team across several different work disciplines
- Ability to multitask with strong decision-making skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or a related field
- Experience in assisting in the delivery of key projects and initiatives that have demonstrated successful results
- Previous experience in Product, Marketing, Credit, Finance, IT or Project Management
