Our client, an established industrial manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Production Planner to support their Assembly team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the production workflow runs smoothly, subcontract jobs are aligned with quality standards, and ERP data is maintained accurately.
You’ll be the go-to person for subcontract planning, BOM management, and the day-to-day coordination between shop floor, engineering, and supply chain. With the Planning Supervisor on secondment, this is an excellent opportunity to step up and make an impact.
Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate subcontract production schedules and raise purchase/work orders
- Manage ERP data including BOMs, part master data, and planning parameters
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate production output
- Drive continuous improvement in scheduling and supply chain admin
- 2-5 years experience in production planning or supply chain coordination
- Strong MS Excel & ERP (MS Dynamics 365 desirable)
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
