We are constantly expanding and looking for individuals who share our purpose and want to add value as Human Resources Officer within our HR Team Some of the responsibilities you will undertake with us include:
    Recruitment & Onboarding
      Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes (drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening candidates, scheduling interviews) Organize and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization
    Timesheet Review & Payroll Support
      Review and verify employee timesheets Assist the HR Manager in preparing payroll data, including hours worked, leave taken, and applicable deductions or bonuses
    Employee Records & Administration
      Maintain accurate and confidential employee records Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, and termination letters Track and manage employee leave balances, absences, and attendance records Ensure timely updates to HR systems and databases
    Performance Management Training & Development Employee Engagement & Well-being
Qualifications University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field High desirable speak Spanish (reporting every day to Headquarters in Madrid) Experience Minimum of 2 years in a similar HR role (High desirable at least 1 year experience in Solar Industry) Salary This position's salary range is $75,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation Full time, 38 hours per week Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm Office; Head Office in North Sydney, next to North Sydney Train Station
