About the role

Reporting to the Head of Industrial Property and Logistics, the Senior Portfolio Manager is a hands-on role with responsibility to also for management of the Portfolio Management team to ensure the collaborative positive tenant relationships whilst maximising revenue from existing and new property leases and agreements for all investment property portfolio.


The key deliverables in this role include the proactive and collaborative relationship management of tenants and stakeholders inclusive of other BAC departments, the management of revenues and expenditures within approved OPEX and Capex budgets.


You will manage, mentor and lead the team, whilst also contributing to ensure the delivery of key property management outcomes:

  • Well-maintained buildings and sites and well-presented precincts;
  • Timely and accurate billing of monthly revenue and invoicing of rent and charges;
  • Timely collection and reporting of unpaid revenue in line with lease provisions;
  • Tenant compliance with key lease terms/conditions and all relevant codes and legislation;
  • Tenant compliance with dilapidation/ make good provisions under the leases as necessary; and
  • Tenant compliance with fit out guidelines and relevant lease and Airport regulations.


About you

You like to be part of a happy, high performing team and take pride in making a difference through doing great work.

Leading a small team, you will have experience in property management, lease management or tenancy management, with significant experience and skills in commercial lease negotiation and sound knowledge of budgeting and accounting with the ability to interpret and analyse financial data.
