Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager who brings proven sales expertise and a passion for Data & Analytics to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth. As a strategic thinker and relationship builder, you have a strong track record of developing business across various industries, solutions, and client environments. Your ability to leverage your network, meet ambitious targets, and shape client solutions will position you as a trusted partner and key contributor to Altis’ continued success. You are committed to uncovering opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and collaborating across teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
Your Day-to Day
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet revenue targets
- Leverage your network to generate new business opportunities and open doors
- Oversee project delivery on your accounts to ensure quality.
- Design and develop high-quality business solutions to address client challenges.
- Analyse business needs to derive strategies for Data & Analytics initiatives.
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team through coaching and performance discussions.
- Enhance Altis brand awareness and client relationships.
What You Will Bring
- 15+ years of in Data & Analytics.
- 5+ years of sales experience in Data & Analytics software or services.
- 10+ years of consulting experience in a client-facing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to leverage your network to build sales pipeline.
Qualifications/Education
- Tertiary qualification in an IT-related field or relevant work experience.
